'American Horror Story' Fans Are OUTRAGED That The Witches Still Haven't Appeared In 'Apocalypse'

We're waiting...
American Horror Story: Apocalypse is in full swing and it's safe say that there is a lot to talk about. From the incredible new theme (the Apocalypse is here) to the brilliant additional cast members (Cody Fern, Kyle Allen, Ash Santos), the latest instalment of the hit series is already shaping up to be one of the show's best yet. Not to mention, fan faves like Sarah Paulson and Evan Peters are all giving sublime performances.
In the space of two episodes, we've been transported to the end of the world in which the elite (the rich, the famous and the intelligent) have been salvaged and sent to highly protected outposts to survive. We've been reintroduced to Michael Langdon (aka the Anti-Christ from Murder House) and the Rubber Suit has returned. However, one major detail is still missing and fans aren't happy. Where are the witches?
Weeks before Season 8 premiered, Ryan Murphy revealed that it would be the highly anticipated 'Coven/Murder House AHS crossover season' and since then people have been excited to see their faves (Cordelia, Zoe, Madison, Queenie, Misty etc.) return. The characters even featured in the trailer for the season but fans of the show are sad to see that they're still yet to appear in the new season.
To make things worse, there were rumours that the Coven would be back in the second episode, yet they were nowhere to be seen. One moment even suggested that they'd be back imminently ('Gold Dust Woman' played on The Outpost radio and Fleetwood Mac played a huge part in AHS: Coven) but it didn't lead to anything. Unsurprisingly, viewers are not at all impressed.
Some are just impatient.

...we want our Coven.
Thankfully, it looks as though are prayers are finally going to be answered. Some hooded figures appear in the teaser for the next episode of Apocalypse and fans are pretty certain that they are witches. The AHS official Twitter account has even retweeted tweets that are saying that they are back so we've got our fingers crossed.
