Adonis may be the name on everyone's lips right now but when is his birthday?

It's hard to keep up with all of the Drake news right now. On the music side of things, he is currently breaking major records left, right and centre. His brand new album Scorpion now boasts the biggest one day global streams of any album ever and it already lays claim to two US and UK Number 1 singles so far ('God's Plan', 'Nice For What'). And on the personal side of things, he's just confirmed the rumours that he has a son are true.

Murmurs that the 'In My Feelings' star had a secret child first appeared on gossip blogs months ago. However, things came to a head at the end of May when Pusha T brought up Drake's son in his diss track: 'The Story of Adidon'. Drake then used his album to not only reveal that he does indeed have a son ('Emotionless') but to also open up about his relationship with him ('March 14').

However, there is still very little public information about Drake's son. As it stands, we know that his name is Adonis (and his middle name is potentially Mahbed), we know that his mother is the former actress and artist Sophie Brusseaux and now we think that we know when Adonis was born thanks to this amazing fan theory.

We're 99.9% sure that this is true.

This theory that Adonis was born on October 11th and that Drake found out on March 14th seems genuinely legitimate. Not only does Drake seem to confirm this on 'March 14' when he raps: “October baby for irony’s sake, of course // I got this 11 tatted for somebody, now it’s yours”, but the song's opening lyrics are about him finding out that he's a father: "Yesterday morning was crazy // I had to come to terms with the fact that it's not a maybe".

Many Drake fans will also know that his 11 tattoo is likely in reference to his rumoured ex Jorja Smith. The 'One Dance' star collaborated with her on his critically acclaimed playlist More Life last year and the two apparently hit things off. Jorja was born June 11th, so this line almost definitely implies that Adonis was born on the 11th of his birth month too.

And if that's not enough evidence for you, the theory lines up with Sophie's Instagram feed. On November 8th she shared an image of her stomach writing: "28 days after giving birth to my 8lbs-15oz baby boy Adonis." October 11th was exactly 28 days before November 8th.

Here's Sophie's post that all but confirms the theory.

So Adonis was almost certainly born on October 11th. God bless the internet.
