The 'disintegration meme', also known as the 'I don't feel so good' meme is an extremely spoilery meme based on the events of the 19th Marvel movie, and if you haven't seen the ol' Wars Of Infinity, I suggest you close this article posthaste.
The internet has gone buck-wild with this meme, applying it to everything from Frasier to Dan and Phil. But how do you replicate this unique disintegration effect? We've found a quick and easy method that doesn't require photoshop.

How to make your own
The easiest way that we've found to make a meme of your own, is to download the free app 'picsart'. When you open the app, it will ask you if you want to pay for a premium version, but just ignore all that and use the app for free.
Then use the following steps:
1. Save the photo you want to Infinity War-ify into your camera roll.
2. Open that photo in Picsart.
3. Go to 'Tools'
4. Select 'Dispersion'
5. With your finger, draw over the area that you want to disintegrate
6. Save the pic to your phone
7. Done!
