Some lucky fans have already seen finished footage from the film.

Sound the alarms for we finally have some long awaited Avengers 4 information. More and more details are emerging about the highly anticipated fourth instalment of the Avengers franchise; from the leaked concept art right down to who's been spotted on set, it's all coming together quite nicely and now, the first bits of footage from the film have officially been shown to a select group of people.

Yesterday (June 13), Marvel Studios shared two featurettes to fans at CineEurope in Barcelona - one from Avengers 4 and one from the upcoming Captain Marvel movie - and if we are to believe what people are saying about it, it sounds like we're gonna be in for one hell of a ride through space AND time.

At the event, fans were asked to lock away their mobile phones and not to spoil details of what they were about to see to anyone. Of course, that didn't happen because people appear to be spilling the tea online already.

According to one Reddit post, the clip from the Avengers 4 movie allegedly features Tony Stark and Scott Lang having a chat about multiple realities. (Yep, it sounds like Ant-Man is gonna have a pretty decent role in the movie too.) In the movie footage, it's reported that Tony and Scott are talking about a technology that allows the Avengers to go to multiple realities and collect the infinity stones. Some fans have speculated that this has to do with the Quantum Realm as seen in Ant-Man, Doctor Strange and the upcoming Captain Marvel. If we are to believe all of that, then it looks like we're about to break the rules of time and space to get those damn infinity stones back from Thanos.

Of course, none of this has been confirmed yet so our advice would be to take it with a pinch of salt... but judging by the things we think we already know about the film, it sounds pretty accurate. To be honest, the scene shown at the expo probably won't even make it into the movie anyway, just like all those decoy scenes from Infinity War thrown in to the trailers to keep us all from being spoiled.

People are also reporting that, during the Captain Marvel featurette, someone said, "Captain Marvel is about to take the lead in the entire Marvel Cinematic Universe." Could that page from Nick Fury at the end of Infinity War have come through just in time? It certainly looks like it.

Avengers 4 will be released in May 2019, with Captain Marvel arriving in March 2019.
